All-On-X Restorations
Full Mouth Restorations
At Smilosophy, we understand that every patient is unique, and not everyone may be a candidate for an All-on-X treatment plan. To determine if you're a candidate, we'll conduct a thorough examination of your oral health, including a review of your medical history, dental history, and current oral health status.
If you're a candidate, we'll work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that includes the All-on-X procedure. This involves placing a fixed, permanent dental arch with dental implants.
However, if you have significant oral health issues, such as advanced gum disease or extensive tooth decay, we may recommend a more conservative approach, such as addressing one or two teeth at a time. In some cases, we may also recommend a different treatment option, such as a partial denture or a dental implant.
At Smilosophy, we're committed to helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile that meets your unique needs and goals. Contact us today to schedule a consultation and learn more about your candidacy for an All-on-X treatment plan.
Am I an All-On-X Candidate?
We'll assess the following factors to determine candidacy:
-
The extent of tooth decay, gum disease, or other oral health issues
-
The condition of your teeth, including their shape, size, and alignment
-
The health of your gums and supporting tissues
-
Your bite and jaw alignment
-
Your overall oral health goals and expectations
If you're a candidate, we'll work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals.

What's the Process?
At Smilosophy, we understand that losing teeth can be a stressful and overwhelming experience. That's why we're committed to providing a comfortable and convenient treatment process for our patients.
Step 1: Consultation
We'll start with a consultation to discuss your oral health goals and expectations. We'll also take impressions of your teeth and gums to create a personalized treatment plan.
Step 2: Preparation
We'll prepare your mouth for the implants by removing any remaining teeth, repairing any gum damage, and cleaning the area to ensure a healthy environment for the implants.
Step 3: Implant Placement
We'll place the dental implants into your jawbone, which will be done under local anesthesia to ensure your comfort.
Step 4: Healing
You'll need to allow the implants to heal for several months. During this time, you'll always have teeth to chew and smile with, thanks to our temporary dentures.
Step 5: Final Placement
Once the implants have healed, we'll place the final dental arch onto the abutments, and you'll be able to enjoy your new smile!
Post-Treatment Care
After the treatment is complete, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your new dental arch. This will include regular cleanings and check-ups to ensure the long-term success of your treatment.
At Smilosophy, we're committed to providing a comfortable and convenient treatment process for our patients. Contact us today to schedule a consultation and take the first step towards a healthier, happier smile!
